Jade Donaghe was trained by Certified ISR Master Instructor, Kristin Proctor in Lubbock, TX in 2023. Jade is a wife to husband Cody, and mother to three children, Madalynn, Nolan, and Jordynn. After waiting for almost a decade for an ISR Instructor to come to her area, Jade finally decided she was the woman for the job and set out to be certified. She had no idea the life change that would come from working for Infant Swimming Resource. 

Jade has always had a passion for working with children and she vows to make sure that the parents of her students are as educated as possible so that their children can be as safe as possible. 

"There's no other way to say it than I am extremely passionate about what I do. I strive every day to make sure that these kids are safe in the water. I wanted to bring ISR to our area for my own children, but I had no idea how much it would change the way I view child safety. My heart is for both the children and their parents. If I can give parents peace of mind, and save even one child, then I have successfully done my job.
